Earlier this year, the ACMP PNW Board of Directors engaged the Viri Group to conduct a third-party membership engagement assessment. Our goal was to learn, "What do our members want and expect from us?"

The project was led by Stephanie Fleming and the work was extensive and thorough. She conducted a series of interviews and surveys of current and past members and reached out to other ACMP chapters and other professional organizations to understand their engagement strategies. The final report is insightful and includes a recommendations roadmap for how to act on the input and feedback.  Please note: there a few highlighted sections and statements – these represent a recommended focus.
