Remote, Hybrid, Return to Office work arrangements weren’t even on our collective radar until the pandemic hit. Now that the pandemic is over, we are seeing the results - it has permanently reshaped the way we work. This presentation examines the impact on both employers and employees, including physical space requirements, employee retention, corporate culture, and how we collaborate. We will touch on the latest research, analyze various POVs, and examine reactive versus proactive responses. We will give you an opportunity to reflect on your own experiences in this area, look at lessons learned, and ways to move forward with knowledge and intention in this evolving landscape of how and where we work.
