Many employees need to know ‘What is the purpose of my firm?’ to help them decide where to work. They hear about a company’s Mission, Vision, and Cultural Principles, but often these things don’t answer this question or can send mixed messages. Organizational Purpose is one way to bring these components together into a clean and concise statement that lives in perpetuity.
