Gift of Change Management informational session​

​Agenda:​

Are you a member interested in volunteering with other ACMP members in our community? 

We’re looking for ten experienced volunteers to share the gift of change management expertise with a Washington or Oregon nonprofit 501 c (3).

A plan is in place. We will need help connecting with, and vetting, a local nonprofit 501 c (3) with a right-sized need for this event.

     1. Attend volunteer orientation (45 min.)​
     2. Participate in exploratory / scoping ​
          conversation with non-profit selected (45 min.)​
     3. Attend non-profit & volunteer kick-off meeting (60 min.) ​
     4. Actively participate in all day event (5-6 hrs.)
