Join our March Coffee Chat to learn how to bring more joy to the workplace! Katie Slack, Certified Change & Joy in the Workplace Change Practitioner, will share The Change Decision’s 10 dimensions of joy. You will have a chance to assess your own level of joy in the workplace and walk away with several ideas for improving it. Alongside this joy research, we will also discover how the U.S. Surgeon General’s new framework for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being can guide us in making change work an opportunity to enhance employee experience and culture.

About Our Speaker:

Katie is a people-focused change, learning, and communications consultant with over 15 years of experience. Having worked with change on an individual and group level her whole career, she formalized her change management training with the Change & Joy in the Workplace Change Practitioner Certification course. Passionate about helping organizations navigate change well, to in turn create a positive, engaging and cohesive environment for employees.
