Join us for our first monthly coffee chat of 2023 as former ACMP board member Tim Mather and author Professor Julie Hodges discuss her book Managing and Leading People Through Organizational Change: The Theory and Practice of Sustaining Change Through People. Topics from the book will include:

  • Effectively managing and leading people through change in organizations
  • Managing the emotional aspects of change
  • Achieving the benefits of sustaining change through the people in your organization

About Our Speakers:

Tim Mather is the Chief Operating Officer at PMA Technologies. Tim has been involved in Change Management (CM) for about 10 years. As a member of his firm’s executive board, he was tasked with initiating their approach to CM for the firm and spreading the CM culture within the firm. He has completed both the Prosci Certified Change Practitioner program and the Prosci Train the Trainer program. He’s also a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and a Founding Member of ACMP.

Professor Julie Hodges is a leading expert on people-centered organizational change and has written several books on the subject. Her most recent book Managing and Leading People Through Organizational Change: The Theory and Practice of Sustaining Change Through People is currently in its second edition with updates that include a new chapter on Changing Culture.

She has been nominated by Thinkers 360 as one of the top leaders and influencers on change management in the world today. Julie spent twenty years working in organizations across the globe before joining academia. She is a Professor of Organizational Change at Durham University Business School in England.
