Topic: Evaluating Change Process and Outcomes
Speaker: Chuck Kalnbach, Thomas E. Wildish Distinguished Senior Instructor II
Successful Change Leadership initiatives create value for organizations in many ways (at least that’s the goal). Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the change process and the outcomes on processes and people should be factored into every project, right at the start. What does this look like in your organization? How do you know your change initiatives make a difference for your organization? What, and how, do you report to your executive sponsor and other executives?
We’ll use your in-process change initiatives to explore ways of improving your evaluation methods (both process and product). Using a systemic and systematic methodology will help you plan and improve your process.
