Monthly, you’re invited to join your fellow ACMP PNW colleagues for a facilitated, co-creation session to engage in pure networking. You let us know that we can best provide a forum for ongoing networking, by scheduling regular sessions and keeping the structure light. So, we are hosting a meeting monthly for ACMP PNW members only, using Zoom to meet and discuss issues of interest to our change management community!
For September- our discussion will center on: How do we optimize engagement in a hybrid working world with some WFH (Work from Home) and some WFO (Work from Office) employees? There are some who may argue that creativity, spontaneity, and change management will be more difficult to support in this hybrid world as there is a concern that the WFH team members may be disadvantaged.
