We are in the midst of the greatest change management environment of our careers.

We find ourselves on teams trying to adjust to the new virtual environment on the fly. And some have been affected by downsizing or contract elimination as budgets are tightened. We are all wondering how best to remain present to the need for our skills to provide guidance in our current day to day work.

Our ACMP PNW chapter is inviting our members to come together in collaborative session(s) to rapidly develop an action-oriented approach to address this evolving situation. Our focus is to help us create, as a community, tangible, actionable things we can say and do with our leaders. We believe that we are better together and that with our combined knowledge and experience in the art and science of change management, we can craft a meaningful go-forward strategy for us all.

Depending on response and demand, we will create a series of these meetings to meet the needs of our ACMP PNW community.

Let’s gather in a facilitated co-creation session to:

  • Assess and recognize the plan for our critical uncertainties in our day to day experience
  • Strategically position ourselves to increase resiliency and adaptability of our organization in the trying times
  • Ensure that we are recognized as an essential participant and thought leader at the decision-making table

Outcomes:

  1. Attendees will participate in a facilitated session to collaboratively asses the current situation and design an approach to practically address challenges our profession is facing
  2. Attendees will participate in co-creating a guidance document which will summarize the results of our working session(s)
  3. Attendees will participate in an all teach, all learn style session, contributing ideas and information to form a body of knowledge that we’ll share to our chapter membership
