Topic: Surviving and Improving Change in Disruption
Presenter: Dr. Mathew (Mat) Donald
Skill: Masterclass. Register.
Description: Recent organizational change research indicates that multiple change factors interact during change and affect the results of change in a positive and negative ways. The result is that change managers need a broad change plan to improve results and avoid potential resistance or pitfalls. The globalized world aides the interconnectivity of change through the internet, social media, and email to name a few. Change is now fast moving, uncertain with great risk due to the interconnectivity and unpredictable nature of so many world pressures like Brexit and trade wars, yet there are so many potential future disruptions ahead that may increase this speed further. The audience will gain an appreciation of how different this disruptive world is and how change managers will be required to change many of their past practices based on the recent research and this new environment.
