Parashar is an R&D principal working in the field of AR and VR applications. He has nearly 30 years of experience working in gaming, film, automotive, and other industries. He has previously led the research and development of Academy Award-nominated technologies and guided engineering strategy for numerous projects over the years. Currently, he is working on projects that will transform the future of remote work.
Parashar uses his extensive knowledge of the field in conjunction with working closely with end users to enable a holistic perspective to the design and development of product that can carry cutting edge technology forward with a strong focus on customer value. He has helped to guide technology direction and led the creation of novel IP driven not solely from an engineering standpoint, but from an overall value standpoint.

Ashish is a product manager at @GoogleCloud and has worked on several platform projects at Google. Prior to Google, he worked on the Alexa team and the supply chain platform at Amazon. Ashish finds fulfillment by listening to and learning from his users. He leverages this user centricity to build products that deliver delightful experiences. He is a technologist at heart and believes in the power of technology to enrich lives and enables others to achieve their full potential. He has successfully developed products that touch millions globally by consistently applying his principles of informed by data and driven by empathy.
Anil Moolchandani, MBA
Product leader and Development Expert, Leader in Consumer devices and product development @ Western Digital
Anil leads the product management function for the Client+ business unit at Western Digital. He has 23 years of experience working on Consumer devices, Semiconductor design, and EDA Software. He has previously led the technical program management, semiconductor development at SanDisk/Western Digital, and customer management roles at Synopsys. His current focus is developing solutions for edge endpoints and the application of AI/ML to consumer devices
Anil has led multiple generations of consumer product development working in close cooperation with global cross-functional teams. He has delivered several industry-first products in their category, that are regularly featured as category bestsellers on Amazon.
Anne Ruybalid, MBA
Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management @ Columbia Sportswear
Anne leads the global Organizational Change Management team at Columbia Sportswear Company and has, in the past, led change within nonprofit and higher education industries. Anne is also an active nonprofit and municipal board member.
Anne has led multiple strategic initiatives, within a variety of industries and company sizes, from small nonprofit organization to large global enterprises. Anne has business and academic experience in leadership, change management, team performance, market research, and data-driven decision making. Her focus on people, transparency, and business value has helped to bring clarity and purpose to strategic changes and alignment. Anne uses a strengths-based approach to build teams that leverage one another’s passion and ability to achieve more collectively.
