We know that change can sometimes be challenging for those individuals going through it. Studies show that building trust (up front) is one of the most critical elements for minimizing resistance, maintaining credibility, gaining clarity, and building and sustaining a coalition.
Brad will dive deep into the elements of trust, explain how we all can improve change agility by managing and monitoring these elements, and will lead us through a breakout session where we can discuss our own experiences and ideas.
About Our Speaker:
Brad is emphatic about people change and transformation! He has over 15 years of experience in the industry working with several major organizations like Nike, Visa, PepsiCo, Tyson Foods, and Medtronic. He has led numerous global transformations where strong adoption was critical enabler to meeting the organization’s strategic objectives.
Brad, his husband, and two adorable dogs currently live in Portland. He enjoys reading, hiking, site seeing, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
