Today’s global, and multi-faceted workforce continues to experience change at an unprecedented pace. Leaders must be agile, authentic and present as they navigate the complexities of these changes. Change leaders must be intentional and purposeful. In his presentation, Dr. Flo will be discussing how inclusive leaders can accomplish organizational goals while maximizing resources, challenges, and opportunities.

About Our Speaker:

Dr. Flo is a leadership expert, executive coach, and an Inclusion strategist. He is a Client Partner at Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office where he is focused on enabling and guiding organizational leaders and individuals to become better versions of themselves and build strong, inclusive, and effective teams. His research focused approach and diverse work background spanning North America, Europe, and West Africa positions him to lead and manage complex leadership and management issues. He is passionate about giving back to the community, mentoring the next generation and travel. He is a husband and father of three teenagers.
