All are welcome to our 2nd Friday of the month Coffee Chats!

Speaker: Judith Estep, Chief Technology Innovation and Strategy Officer at Bonneville Power Authority (BPA)

Topic: Change Management: Theory to Application in Industry

The discussion will include theoretical examples of a change management maturity model and attributes for change management success. These theories will be demonstrated using practical applications from the utility industry. Tools will be provided that CMs can readily apply in their organizations.

We will leverage breakout rooms to keep this interactive and to pull the wealth of knowledge from attendees. Plan to walk away from this session with ideas to build strong practices, or keep your current practice thriving, in our new virtual world.
