August Topic: Integrating external change management consultants with in-house resources

At many organizations, change management on organizational projects is led by outside consultants. External and internal resources depend on each other for effective change management and the success of the project. During this virtual chat, we will share ideas about how consultants and in-house resources can work effectively on organizational projects, sharing the wealth of knowledge and experience that both bring. We will leverage breakout rooms to keep this interactive. Plan to walk away from this session with ideas to enhance collaboration.
