Notice: The Collaborative Change Series event that was scheduled to take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, in Seattle has been postponed. With the possible community transmission of COVID-19, we feel this decision was prudent for the comfort of all of our participants and our generous host institute.

We are working quickly to identify a new date for the event and we will share that information with you as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you will still be able to attend once this event is rescheduled.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ACMP, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, and Plaster Group invite you to join us in a collaborative change management focused on how to quantify the impact of change management on your organizational strategic and operational goals.

Have you ever experienced your leadership questioning the impact of change management on your strategic and operation goals? Has leadership asked you to quantify ROI of your change management support activities?

Join us for a collaborative event with seasoned change practitioners on how to measure the impact of change support activities on operational metrics – and ultimately help deliver sustainable strategic outcomes faster. We will provide the practical methods, processes used and tools you will need to calculate and communicate Change Management ROI.

The event will begin with an overview of the catalyst role change management plays in strategy execution. We will then break into small groups to practice using the methods and tools in real time to assess the change management impact on a case study. Once groups have completed the exercise, attendees will re-group to discuss / present the team’s approach, findings, and results.

Outcomes:

  1. Attendees will practice using a change methodology and toolset.
  2. Attendees will learn using an interactive and collaborative approach.

Attendees will apply See-Feel-Change to a real opportunity, problem or solution they need others to be a part of

This event is Free; however, you must RSVP since space is limited.
